We completed a market & financial feasibility, economic impact, financing options, and merchandising strategy for this eco-museum complex.
We created a market and socio-economic impact study and management plan to assess the opportunity for a significant visitor attraction in the village of Stevenson, to be self-financing upon completion. This is a national historic parks site and the work was prepared for Parks Canada.
A market, financial analysis, cash flow projections and economic impact study was completed for the four entertainment/theme park components that include: world’s largest indoor waterpark; extensive family amusement park; Aquarium/dolphin Park; and themed miniature golf attraction plus the uniquely themed Fantasyland hotel.

We completed a due diligence and impact analysis from development changes to the Whistler’s original hotel. This project included litigation work to examine how construction to this tenant’s exterior impacted the business viability of its operations.
